A 15 page PDF that includes a 'getting to know you' game that can be played as a family, in play therapy sessions or in the classroom/nurture groups.
There is a choice of worksheets for ages 11 plus and another for ages up to 10 years.
The other sheets include growth mindset and looking at positive solutions to negative thoughts, understanding more about emotions, calming strategies and the benefits of emotional regulation, along with a 7 day challenge that can be used each week (plus more as some sheets are A5 to be cut in half).
