These PDF colouring sheets (sent via email) have been designed to support a healthy mindset. By giving emotions a colour and filling in a section of how you are feeling in the moment, or reflecting on your day. This can encourage self reflection, emotional learning and acts as a reminder that all emotions are 'moments'.

These sheets are suitable for all ages, and there are also ideas on how to support more the difficult emotions with visuals which can be beneficial to younger children or those with limited vocabulary.
