A fun day was had by all! The emotion stones were a huge hit along with the emotions workbook and worksheets - a young person was able to gather all the emotions they feel going on inside their head and body with the ‘anger’ emotion. I could have cried when I saw all these lovely resources! There is very little out there that looks appealing and fun. I spent ages looking at everything and cannot wait to give them to my granddaughter and sit at the table with her.

Beautifully packaged calming bag and a box of happiness. My daughter loves it and there are lots of helpful things in there with different textures for both her and me. The cards of breathing exercises are amazing, so detailed and brightly coloured. Alexandra

Being able to recognise emotions, see them, name them really helps with communication, to help read and understand others. These workbooks and stones were created for this purpose. He literally told his Gnome Buddy about something he was worried about in school last week and I was then able to open a conversation with him around it and then let the teacher know - otherwise he was keeping it all to himself “in case he got in trouble for telling on someone.” He was beginning to not want to go into school, but thankfully we got it sorted. We are an organisation that supports adults and children and saw your emotion stones as a great tool to use in our setting. They have been used within the counselling and peer support setting (veterans and their families). The Gnome Emoji workbook is very funny, my son is trying to draw the same faces with the same shape and colour. He especially enjoys the blank space just opposite, so it reduces any distraction. Mum to J.
