Delivery

There is a choice of postage with some being sent Tracked 24 or 48. I aim to post within 2 working days, unless items are made to order (please allow 7-10 days for delivery).

Wherever possible I re-use packaging to reduce waste.

Refunds

UK customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receipt, and this must be in writing within that time period. Goods must be returned in the original condition they were sent and shipped at your cost (within 28 days of receipt of delivery).  Please ensure that goods are securely packaged.Once they have been received and checked they are in the same condition they were posted in, I will issue the refund (less postage). On the rare occasion a damage happens in transit, then a replacement will be offered once they have been returned, or a full refund, including any postage costs.

Care of Stones

Stones are made from recycled glass and have been UKCA tested for over 3 year olds - they must be kept away from babies and young children. 

They are sealed with a high quality toy safety varnish and should not be submerged in water.

While the stones are able to withstand knocks and scratches, care should be taken when handling them, as they would be liable to damage if not used as intended.

Depending on the activities for the stones, they may be prone to slight wear and tear over time when lovingly used.

PDF Information

All PDFs are available either for free or a small non-refundable purchase cost and will be instantly downloadable (no actual hard copies are posted). 

If you are having trouble locating the file, please check your spam/junk emails in the first instance. 

Should there be any problems with downloading the file, it is possible there is an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers/toolbars that have been installed and try again.

Once you have received the file, it can be freely copied, distributed and displayed.
