PDF - Kindness Worksheets

Helping to teach acts of kindness, the benefit of these worksheets is that it can encourage more confidence, while developing social skills and self awareness. Acts of kindness can also help children learn about the positive power of actions and how they affect others feelings and emotions.

There are 7 acts of kindness listed on one sheet, and one a day could be chosen for the week as extra tasks. The other sheet is blank for children to work on their own choice of kindness with colouring in symbols each time one is completed.

The last 2 sheets have colourful paper chains to write on 'Acts of Kindness', which makes a visual representation of positive thoughts and beliefs. These also help children build a stronger connection to others while increasing self-esteem.
